BauMonitoring e.V.
The BMeV is an interdisciplinary association of representatives from the financing industry, the monitoring industry and research, all of whom have set themselves the goal of delivering added value with BauMonitoring in accordance with a standard. We develop standardised control mechanisms for risk monitoring in project development financing.
Our aim is to develop uniform standards based on existing laws, norms and guidelines in the market and thus provide the basis for high quality in construction monitoring. BauMonitoring is based on existing established principles of project management and adheres to the principles of inspection and audit.
