Daniel Hinz, architect, currently works as head of department in the real estate division and is therefore in constant dialogue with Arcadis Germany GmbH regarding the implementation of construction monitoring services. With 23 years of professional experience in the real estate industry as a consultant, project manager, client and investor representative and project developer, Mr Hinz has, among other things, very good knowledge of the practical implementation of construction monitoring services. It is this practical experience in particular that enables Mr Hinz to take on the overall organisation of all of the association's operational activities and the central management of the working group as part of his role on the Board.

Dr. Steffen Hettler

Dr Steffen Hettler, who holds a doctorate in civil engineering and is a lawyer, advises investors, clients and contractors on complex construction and real estate projects. He specialises in contract drafting, contract management and legal support during project development. Dr Hettler also increasingly advises on international projects and maintains close contacts in Asia.

David Lindner has been working in the construction and property industry for 10 years. Through his activities in the investment sector, project management and project development, the requirements for project development financing are a familiar field. He specialises in project management, monitoring and project development.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerd Maurer

Prof Dr Gerd Maurer has been a professor of construction management at Deggendorf Institute of Technology since 2019. Prior to this, he held management positions and worked as a managing director in various construction and planning companies since 1994. He is also a consulting engineer at the Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers and a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the bricklaying and concrete construction trades at the Ulm Chamber of Crafts. His work focuses on digital planning and construction as well as the assessment and evaluation of multi-storey car parks, underground car parks and exposed concrete façades.
